3. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
We do not offer refunds on any of our programs ( unless the guarantee clause is met). There will be significant challenges you need to overcome and each person is different, therefore we make no assumptions or promises and neither should you. Enrolling in any of our courses is a mutual agreement between all parties. We agree to provide you with training and you agree to pay for it. Anyone who is under a payment program please take note that each payment is expected on time. If for any reason a payment is not made, all logins, Facebook pages, and anything else that you are signed up for related to that particular program will be forfeited and all logins will become invalid until payments have been made.
3.1 Subscriptions and Digital Products
Your membership will continue month-to-month unless and until you cancel your membership or we terminate it. You must have Internet access and provide us with a current, valid, accepted method of payment to use) the service. We will bill the monthly membership fee to the payment method used when signing up unless updated or changed by subscriber. You must cancel your membership before it renews each month in order to avoid billing of the next month’s membership fees to your Payment Method. If you cancel after the re-bill or cancel early where there is a refund then there will be a $100 refund fee. Including any other commissions paid and other fees that might have been incurred.
Excessive returns will not be accepted. Refunds will not be given to any one customer for one specific product more than twice. There is an unlimited amount of orders that a customer can place for one specific product, but the money-back guarantee is void after a customer has used it for one specific product more than twice.
3.2 Terms of Subscription Renewal
We will continue to bill your Payment Method on a monthly basis for your membership fee until you cancel. To cancel your subscription submit a ticket at aadamakram0@gmail.com
Monthly subscriptions automatically renew each month at the stated retail price until the subscription buyer notifies the company that they wish to cancel. Please refer to Returns & Subscription Cancellations section of the Terms of Service page.
Yearly subscribers will be notified via email prior to renewal with the option to renew at the original yearly price. If the subscriber does NOT notify the company that they wish to continue at the yearly price, the subscribers account will revert to the monthly price automatically.
4. YOUR ACOUNT
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you register with, and as you use, the Aadam Akram.COM Products and Services, and you agree to update your account information to keep it accurate and complete. You agree that Aadam Akram.COM may store and use the information you provide for use in maintaining and billing fees to your Account.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You agree that Aadam Akram.COM, including but not limited to Aadam Akram.COM Products and Services, graphics, user interface, audio clips, video clips, editorial content, templates and the scripts and software used to implement Aadam Akram.COM Products and Services, contains proprietary information and material that is owned by Aadam Akram.COM and/or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright.
You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for use of the Aadam Akram.COM Products and Services in compliance with this Agreement. No portion of the Aadam Akram.COM Products and Services may be reproduced in any form or by any means, without expressed written permission from Aadam Akram.COM
You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Aadam Akram.COM Products and Services in any manner, and you shall not exploit the Aadam Akram.COM brand in any unauthorized way whatsoever, including, but not limited to, by trespass or burdening network capacity.
Not with standing any other provision of this Agreement, Aadam Akram.COM and its licensors reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to any Aadam Akram.COM products, content, or other materials comprising a part of the Aadam Akram.COM brand at any time without notice. In no event will Aadam Akram.COM be liable for making these changes. Aadam Akram.COM may also impose limits on the use of or access to certain features or portions of Aadam Akram.COM services, in any case and without notice or liability.
All copyrights in and to Aadam Akram.COM (including the compilation of content, postings, links to other Internet resources, and descriptions of those resources) and related software are owned by Aadam Akram.COM and/or its licensors, who reserve all their rights in law and equity. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with Aadam Akram.COM Products and Services may be the trademarks of their respective owners. You are granted no right or license with respect to any of the aforesaid trademarks and any use of such trademarks.
